Five cars went up in flames Saturday morning at the Watermill Apartments on Westheimer Road in southwest Houston.

Residents of the apartment complex say they woke up about 6 a.m. to a strange popping sound and saw the cars in the complex’s parking lot on fire. They then called emergency units who responded and put out the fire. No one was injured in the blaze.
