Houston Texans Release 2018 Schedule

The Houston Texans release their 2018 regular season schedule, where they hope to improve on last year's 4-12 campaign.  

They open against the New England Patriots in Foxboro September 9th before travelling to Nashville to face the Tennessee Titans in Week Two.  Their home opener is September 23rd against the New York Giants.  

The Texans will appear in four prime time games, including a Sunday night matchup against the Cowboys on October 7th at NRG Stadium.

Among the other highlights; a Thursday night game against Miami, and their rematch with the Titans on Monday Night Football November 26th.

Here's the complete regular season schedule:

Week 1 - Sunday, Sept. 9 at Patriots at noon

Week 2 - Sunday, Sept. 16 at Titans at noon

Week 3 - Sunday, Sept. 23 vs. Giants at noon

Week 4 - Sunday, Sept. 30 at Colts at noon

Week 5 - Sunday, Oct. 7 vs. Cowboys (Sunday Night Football)

Week 6 - Sunday, Oct. 14 vs. Bills at noon

Week 7 - Sunday, Oct. 21 at Jaguars at noon

Week 8 - Thursday, Oct. 25 vs. Dolphins (Thursday Night Football)

Week 9 - Sunday, Nov. 4 at Broncos at 3:05 p.m.

Week 10 - BYE

Week 11 - Sunday, Nov. 18 at Redskins at noon

Week 12 - Monday, Nov. 26 vs Titans (Monday Night Football)

Week 13 - Sunday, Dec. 2  vs. Browns at noon

Week 14 - Sunday, Dec. 9 vs. Colts at noon

Week 15 - Saturday, Dec. 15 at Jets (Saturday, time TBD)

Week 16 - Sunday, Dec. 23 at Eagles at noon

Week 17 - Sunday, Dec. 30 vs. Jaguars at noon

The Texans' also have four preseason games, but the dates have not yet been set:

Week 1 (August 9-13) - at Kansas City Chiefs

Week 2 (August 16-20) - vs. San Francisco 49ers

Week 3 (August 23-26) - at Los Angeles Rams
