Deliberations are under way for accused murderer Terry "Brian" Thompson.
The jury was given its instructions late Thursday afternoon after hearing an hour's worth of closing arguments.
Thompson is accused of strangling John Hernandez via chokehold in 2017. The attack was captured on cell-phone video by a bystander
Hernandez, 24, died at a Denny's restaurant.
