Houston rapper & Rice University professor Bun B was the victim of a home invasion last night that ended in a shoot-out inside his house.
Bun B fired shots at a man who tried to make off the rapper's luxury car, according to TMZ.
Law enforcement sources claim someone knocked on Bun B's front door around 5:45 last night. His wife, Queenie, opened the door expecting to be greeted by a delivery man. Instead she found a masked intruder pointing a gun at her. Queenie offered the keys to her Audi in exchange for her life. That's when Bun B heard the commotion while sitting upstairs. He grabbed his gun and confronted the intruder as he was getting into the car. The two began exchanging gun fire and the intruder ran away, leaving behind his weapon. The masked man showed up at a Houston-area hospital with a gunshot wound to his shoulder. The man has treated and charged with two counts of aggravated robbery with a weapon and one count burglary.
