Second Suspected Murderer Charged in Lamar High School Shooting

A second man has been charged with murder in the shooting death of Lamar High School student Delindsey Dwayne Mack (pictured below). Mack was shot many times as he walked on Bammel Lane during his school lunch period.

The two who have been arrested are Kendrick Johnson, who was arrested in March, and now Dave'on Thomas. They are charged with killing Mack on November 13, 2018, and police say it was gang-related, and possibly a part of the back and forth shootings between the 103 and YSB gangs.
