Volunteers are encouraged to sign up for the Annual Adopt-A-Beach Fall Cleanup on Saturday, September 21, 2019. The Texas General Land Office Adopt-A-Beach Fall Cleanup will take place at thirty different locations coast wide across Texas. Volunteers can sign up at www.texasadoptabeach.org or show up onsite to take part in a fun-filled day of giving back to our community and taking care of the Texas coast.
“The Adopt-A-Beach Annual Fall Cleanup continuously provides the perfect opportunity for Texans to come together and restore our Texas beaches,” said Commissioner George P. Bush. “What better way to beat the Texas heat and give back to our state's shorelines than by participating in the GLO's Fall
Adopt-A-Beach event. Friends, families and community groups alike are encouraged to serve alongside the GLO as we tackle pollution left behind from beachgoers.”
