New polling shows the cancel culture is working, with nearly two-thirds of Americans now too afraid to share their political views.
The Cato Institute found strong liberals are “the only political group who feels they can express themselves” without fear of repercussions.
The Texas Eagle Forum's Cathie Adams says it's pretty ironic those expressing free speech go out of their way to silence anyone who disagrees with them.
“Those who claim moral superiority are those who believe in killing their grandmothers and killing the unborn,” she says.“We can’t even use hypocritical or dishonest. These people are bald-faced liars.”
Remember how the mainstream media fawned all over House Speaker Nancy Pelosi when she tore up a copy of President Trump's State of the Union speech?
“Nancy Pelosi, who has a $24,000 refrigerator and pays $12 for a pint of ice cream, these people are not morally superior,” says Adams.
The poll found Republicans were most likely to be afraid of expressing their views -- 77 percent.Adams says that needs to change pronto.
“We have got to find our voices. We’ve got to have courage. And we are called to do that,” she says.“As Americans, and especially as Texans, let’s stand up.Let’s stand and speak clearly, the truth.”
Adams says you can't cancel everyone if conservatives band together and fight back.
“You look at what happened in Berlin over the weekend, 20,000 people marched in the streets saying we are not wearing masks. Why?Because you are enslaving us.”
