Back to School BASH for Foster Children

Going back to school is stressful no matter who you are. Debbie Tengler of the Arrow Child and Family Ministries knows it all too well. KTRH's TV Partner Channel 2 poke with her yesterday (7-31-2021). "Many kids today struggle feel awkward going back to school. Not having adequate supplies, and being further labeled. These are kids who are in Foster Care."

The ministry joined Spring Creek Baptist Church and held a Back to School Bash for area foster children that had everything from school supplies to school shoes to face painting. Several vendors helped to make back to school happier for 70 families.
