The three Houston Police Officers shot yesterday afternoon after a high speed chase are recovering from their injuries.
After a three hour long standoff, Roland Caballero is in custody after surrendering.
This started as a family disturbance call yesterday afternoon, with Caballero leading them on a high-speed chase. He opened fire on police after crashing.
Caballero fled the scene and he was able to carjack someone who was driving by.
Caballero, a native Houstonian, has a criminal record dating back to 2008, multiple convictions, and was currently the subject of several warrants.
