Becky Seabrook is the senior director of guest engagement at The Health Museum and John Arcidiacono is their new President and CEO. The Health Museum opened a new exhibit: Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture at The Health Museum and you better believe that as the Texan from France, I wanted to talk about it! It's about food as a way to explore human culture and science. The exhibit teaches about the exploitation of foods, their distribution and their consumption and therefore, all the waste that goes along.
