What I should have said on Dana's Houston Women Podcast

The iHeart sweetheart, ever-sunny Dana Tyson called me down the hall for an interview….about things, my life and professional experiences. She’s a very good interviewer, by the way, and got me prattling on about … things.

It was after the fact, when the second-guessing started on my part.It happens all the time with public speakers or those interviewed….thinking about what I should have said. It’s because in that type of performance, you’re always thinking about what is relevant to the audience. In my case, I’ve spent decades working in a mainly male environment, and at KTRH on Houston’s Morning News…..the listeners are predominantly male and while, also, a growing female set of listeners….Dana on Sunny 99.1 has the market on that.I learned a lot just by the way she does her podcast…..you will too, in the sheer enjoyment of it….so here’s the link.

What I should have said…. on giving life advice…..never stop learning!
