Marvel's New She-Hulk Series Casts Houstonian Renée Elise Goldsberry

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is back on track and running full-steam ahead on a number of projects that had to be put on hold.

Moon Knight, Black Widow ,The Eternals and Loki are just a few shows and movies coming soon.

Just yesterday, we got the teaser for the upcoming Shang-Chi movie. You can watch it HERE.

A while back, Marvel announced all their upcoming projects and we've been getting a slow drip of information ever since.

One of those projects was She-Hulk on Disney+.

Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk) is the cousin of Bruce Banner (Hulk).

In the comics, she was given an emergency blood transfusion from Bruce which gave her Hulk powers.

And she's a lawyer!

Tatiana Maslany will be playing the role of Jennifer/She-Hulk.

The show will be a legal comedy and if it's anything like the comics, it will be really enjoyable.

One of the other characters from the show will be played by a Houstonian.

Renée Elise Goldsberry!

You might remember her from Hamilton, Girls5eva, The Good Wife, One Life To Live and so many other things.

In She-Hulk, she'll be playing a character named Amelia.

Pardon the pun, but that is incredible...(Hulk).

You can learn more about Renee HERE and watch for She-Hulk on Disney+ in 2022.
