Kenneth Glasgow, half brother of Al Sharpton, is facing capital murder charges in connection with the shooting death of a 23-year-old woman in Alabama.
The victim, Breunia Jennings, was found dead in a wrecked car Sunday night. The 52-year-old Glasgow and 26-year-old Jaime Townes were both arrested.
Police say Glasgow drove Townes to find Jennings, who Townes believed had stolen his car. Townes then shot Jennings in the head. Glasgow says he shouldn't be facing capital murder charges because he was just driving Townes to look for his car.
Glasgow is the half brother of Al Sharpton and has referred to himself as Rev. Kenny Sharpton Glasgow. His ministry, Ordinary People Society, took part in last week's March For Our Lives rally against gun violence.
Should Glasgow face murder charges even though he didn't pull the trigger? Will the association with Glasgow hurt Al Sharpton in any way?
This idiot was charged with murder right after attending an anti-gun violence rally. Talk about stupid. The apple never falls too far from the tree.
