Mind BLOWN! Democrats Fight Over Voter Fraud

Here’s something to wrap your head around—the losing candidate in the Dallas County District Attorney’s race alleged voter fraud committed by fellow Democrats cost her the win in the March primary.  Yes, you read that sentence correctly.

District Judge Elizabeth Davis Frizell is suing John Creuzot, the Democrat former state district judge, who beat her by a slim margin in the March 6 Democrat primary for Dallas County District Attorney. Her petition alleges serious instances of voter fraud. Frizell wants the results of the primary election to be “declared void as it is impossible to ascertain the true result.” This would prompt a special election.

Oh. My. Democrats alleging voter fraud?  I thought that’s what Democrats relied upon.

Judge Frizell isn’t just suing her primary opponent. She’s suing God and everybody.  She’s named current Republican DA Faith Johnson (because why the hell not?), Dallas County Democrat Chair Carol Donovan, and Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole.

Judge Frizell’s suit alleges “illegal and fraudulent mail-in ballots were included in the vote total.” And this was bad enough, but she also claims “some voters voted by provisional ballots because someone submitted mail-in ballots for them. These voters’ provisional ballots were rejected by the Ballot Review Board and not counted.”

So, let me get this straight.  Judge Frizell says that some mail-in ballots were fraudulent, AND some people who went and did a provisional vote for whatever reason (no ID, probably), didn’t have their provisional ballot counted because somebody else sent a mail-in ballot for them.

Huh?  This doesn’t sound good at all.

Dallas County sequestered 1200 mail-in ballots in the March primary because they were “suspicious”.  This included 469 ballots from West Dallas, Grand Prairie, and parts of Oak Cliff.  Now, Judge Frizell did lose her race by a mere 589 votes, and over 200 provisional ballots ended up being sequestered.

According to Breitbart Texas, who has done most of the original reporting on this:

The lawsuit asserted some voters were victims of alleged mail-in ballot fraud and they could not vote and were “deprived of their right to vote.” It claimed “ballots were not secured” when counted and some of the mail-in ballots included in the final results “were not postmarked” by the March 6 election day deadline. The petition also called out Creuzot’s “campaign workers” for ballot harvesting. It indicated that “malfunctioning” voting machines resulted in long lines and delays at polling locations, even leading some voters to leave without voting.

Frizell charged that some voting locations were changed the day before the election because there “were not enough election judges.” The court document stated that Dallas County Elections Administrator, Pippins-Poole, contacted the county’s Democrat Party Chair, Donovan, to “issue an order designating different voting places.” Frizell said these changes were made with “inadequate” notice to the public.

In the claim, Frizell asked the court for access to all ballots cast in the Democrat race for DA “for review, inspection, and copying.” This included absentee ballots and their courier envelopes, voter lists, and participating polls in the election. Frizell requested that a special prosecutor intervene in this matter as she believes the current DA, Johnson, as the GOP nominee for Dallas County DA, poses a “conflict of interest.”

In short, Frizell says that there is so much voter fraud going on that she’s resorted to this lawsuit because she doesn’t have any other avenue.  She explained in a Facebook post that she chose not to go through a recount process because she would not have had access to the ballots themselves.  And it’s only through examining the ballots that she can prove her case.

Now, this isn’t the first time that we’ve had serious cases of voter fraud in Dallas County.

Last May, the Dallas County Elections Department sequestered over 700 ballots. This caused a temporary halt in the counting for a couple of hotly contested Dallas City Council race. These particular races were riddled with reports of forged signatures, fraudulent registrations, etc. Dallas County District Attorney Faith Johnson went to State Attorney General Ken Paxton for help, and they opened an investigation into this.

The investigation ended with a grand jury indicting Miguel Hernandez for forging the signatures of mostly elderly voters on absentee ballots.

This is a real problem, and probably not isolated to Dallas County.  In fact, AG Paxton announced he will prosecute three Nueces County residents indicted on a total of nine counts of voter fraud in the 2016 election cycle.  Starr County is also turning to the AG’s office for help.

It makes you wonder about places closer to home, like Harris County.

Do you suppose the George Soros-backed DA Kim Ogg will go out of her way to stop this? My guess is no. It’s counter-productive to the effort to disrupt our elections.
