A cop in North Carolina put a 22-year-old African American in a neck hold during an arrest outside a Waffle House this week and now people are offended. The guy had taken his younger sister to prom (gross), and they were having dinner afterwards. But he got into an argument with Waffle House employees, and the police were called.
The guy who got choked is Anthony Wall. He admitted he took things too far with the employees before the cops were called, but he thinks the officer shouldn't have used the chokehold.
What do y'all think? Was the cop out of line?
