CONROE, TX: Woman Bites Off Victim's Nose & Swallows it, Claims Police

This seems like the kind of crazy news story that would take place in Florida, but it actually happened in Conroe, Texas.

A woman has been accused of taking a bite out of her frustration (literally).

Police claim 41-yr-old Jessica Collins bit off the nose of a woman who lives next-door to the residence where she's been staying.  As an encore, she allegedly swallowed the nose.

The whole incident started last Wednesday night when Collins went out to a bar with a friend who she has been staying with, along with her friend's next door neighbor (the alleged victim), who authorities are referring to as "Tatiana".

According to the victim, after they returned from the bar Collins demanded Tatiana give her more alcohol and cigarettes.

After she refused, Collins attacked her, climbed on top of her and began to pull her hair out.

That's when things went from crazy to bonkers - the victim says Collins bit off her nose and swallowed it.

"I didn't have time to react, to push her away," Tatiana told KTRK, "I think I was trying to fight back, but I couldn't. All I could remember was the taste of blood in my mouth."

She claims she passed out several times before waking to find herself in an ambulance.

That's when she realized her nose was gone.

Tatiana says she'll need plastic surgery but she's concerned because she doesn't have health insurance.

Regardless, in most cases cosmetic procedures are not covered by health insurance, but apparently she also has a GoFundMe page setup to cover the costs.  (The GoFundMe link also has a photo of the nose - we're warning you, it's graphic).

Collins was released on bond yesterday.
