Here's a free-of-charge pro-tip to any would-be religious leaders out there: never praise someone who killed dozens and dozens of your fellow countrymen.
And here's another free tip to any religious leaders: don't hire prostitutes if you're a married.
That should all be obvious advice, but apparently it's not.
A Texas pastor announced his departure from the Stedfast Baptist Church in Fort Worth last week over alleged prostitution allegations.
Donnie Romero, who made headlines a couple years back for calling the Pulse nightclub shooting victims “scum” & praising the shooter, told his congregation on January 2nd, “I haven’t been ruling my house well.”
Jonathan Shelley, the pastor who replaced Romero, told NBC News his predecessor resigned because he frequented prostitutes.
Shelley did not reveal the gender of the prostitutes.
Back in 2016 Romero, who has a wife and 7 kids, made national headlines for publicly supporting the Pulse Nightclub shooter, a proud supporter of ISIS who murdered 49 people.
Oh yeah, that reminds me - here's one more pro-tip: don't glorify people who openly support ISIS.
