Fall of SheJack: Stepping Down From Key Posts After Sexual Assault Lawsuit

The Southeast Texas carpetbagger is falling faster than saggy pants in a 5th ward police chase.

Houston's biggest mistake, Democrat Sheila Jackson Lee, has a lot to worry about this week. A former female aide recently sued her for allegedly firing the woman over a complaint about sexual assault from a Congressional Black Caucus staffer.

Now SheJack has stepped down from the House Judiciary subcommittee on criminal justice.  And that ain't all.  Sheila, who has been a Congresswoman for 26 years, also resigned as chairwoman of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

The lawsuit, which appears to be the beginning of the end of SheJack's career, involves a woman who worked for Jackson Lee's office from November 2017 to March 2018.  The former staffer claims she was fired after notifying the Congresswoman's chief of staff that she planned to pursue a sexual assault case against a supervising staffer from the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

If true, this would reveal a lot about Sheila's real motives:

  • She doesn't care about women's rights
  • She's not interested in justice for victims of rape
  • Her previous claims about supporting the #MeToo movement were all a giant lie.

After 13 terms in office, this scandal has been a longtime coming for SheJack.  For years she's been known as one of the most dishonest, uninformed and abusive lawmakers in DC.  Now she may finally be learning about the principle of justice she repeatedly turned her back on in the past.
