Back in the '70s, The View's Joy "Cackling Hen" Behar dressed as a "beautiful African Woman" to go to a Halloween party, and admitted she used makeup that was "a little bit darker than my skin."
She talked about it a few years ago on "The View".
Strangely, she hasn't been fired by NBC.
