A pale-skinned cracker-face politicians from Maryland has apologized to the leaders of the Legislative Black Caucus in her state for using a racial slur to describe a legislative district in Prince George’s County, according to the Washington Post.
But here's where the story gets weird - she also told her black colleagues she doesn't remember saying it.
Del. Mary Ann Lisanti (D), a career politician who describes herself as a champion for progressive causes, was confronted on Monday night by colleagues for allegedly telling a white colleague that when he campaigned last fall in Prince George’s he was door-knocking in a “n----- district.”
This supposedly happened during an after-hours gathering at an Annapolis cigar bar.
Del. Darryl Barnes (D-Prince George’s), the chair of the Black Caucus, said Lisanti appeared remorseful during the meeting.
Barnes said, “She apologized several times. She recognizes how she has hurt so many within the caucus, and she hoped to repent from this. She said that she doesn’t remember fully what happened, but she recognizes what happened.”
In other words, a Democrat did something racist but, since she probably made a hefty political donation to the offended parties (or performed a political favor), all is forgiven because that's how American Leftists will do ya! Aren't Democrats great? In their eyes everything is an unforgivable act of racism unless an act of actual racism happens at the ends of a powerful Democrat.
Then it's fine.
