(Dallas, TX) -- A Texas state representative is being sued over 26-thousand dollars in unpaid property taxes. The lawsuit was filed Tuesday against Democrat Victoria Neave by several Dallas County taxing entities.
Neave said she moved out of the property in 2015, and is putting the house back on the market.
She co-owns the property with Mark Scott Jr., her law partner and ex-fiance.
Last year, she was arrested for a DWI.
