Louisiana Muslim Charged w/ Trying to Kill Pregnant GF, Food Stamp Fraud

Mohammed Abudayeh, a 30-year-old Muslim man from Louisiana, was arrested back in March for purportedly trying to hire a man to kill his girlfriend & unborn baby.

A short time later he was arrested again, this time for supposedly participating in food stamp fraud when he investigators believe he bought SNAPbenefits from individuals at a store where he worked.

He's now asking for a bond reduction because he can't afford to get himself out of jail.

The charges against Abudayeh are pretty serious: attempted first-degree feticide and criminal conspiracy to commit feticide for the first case. He's also been charged with racketeering, money laundering, bank fraud, computer fraud, and unauthorized use of food stamps.

His attorney is asking the judge to reduce the cost for bond because he says his client is innocent. It's just a coincidence that he was charged with two very serious but unrelated crimes in a short period of time.

He's been accused of two heinous crimes in a short period of time but he claims he's innocent in both cases? Gosh, what are the odds?
