It looks like Jussie Smollett's little publicity stunt was just as beneficial for his TV show as it was for his career.
The TV show Empire on Fox will be coming to an end next year after the 6th season. The producers say they have no intentions of bringing back Jussie Smollett's character.
Fox Entertainment CEO said, "There’s an option to have Jussie in the series but we have no plans for that."
Can you blame Fox? Jussie tried to start a race war in Chicago when he faked a hate crime. The incident was just as bad for the local black & gay communities as it was for Chicago's Republican party.
May Jussie Smollett never get hired again.
