Franklin Redfearn is a 27 year old man from Monroe, Louisiana.
He's also very creative when it comes to excuses.
After recently being arrested for possession of meth, he had to come up with a story to convince the cops to drop the charges.
The whole thing started when cops responded to a 911 call about a suspicious person.
When they arrived they found Franklin standing on a porch.
After searching him they claim to have discovered a white pill bottle containing methamphetamine nearby his person.
After the cops read him his rights, Franklin said he was framed by the devil.
According to the police report Franklin was charged with possession of narcotics but no charges were filed against Lucifer.
He's currently being held in a jail in Monroe - maybe the devil can post his $3000 bail.
