A woman in LA filmed a guy walking down the middle of the freeway before Halloween, wearing scrubs, bandages on his face, and carrying a knife.
Turns out he was mentally ill, and the cops returned him to the hospital. She says it's "classic LA" that no one stopped for the guy.
It's also "classic LA" that she filmed it on her phone, and drove slowly right next to a guy with a knife.
