Hitting Snooze Costs You Six Days a Year

A new study found that if you hit snooze four times a morning, you lose six days a year when you could be doing something productive.  

Or... you could look at it as six more days a year of sleep.  

According to the report, marketing people get the most sleep and accountants sleep the least:

Marketing, advertising and PR types are  the first to turn in, with an average bedtime of 8.43pm compared with  accountancy and finance staff who turn lights out at 10.48pm.
