There was a police chase in L.A. on Monday night, and a suspect in a stolen vehicle was eventually stopped by... a Good Samaritan in a black pickup truck who boxed him in.
The reporter in the news chopper couldn't believe it.
Then the guy in the pickup truck took off, but the cops arrested him too.
Apparently they had to . . . but why couldn't the cops box the suspect in as quickly as he did?
Good Samaritan or vigilante?
