A six year old girl from Arkansas named Vivian is being praised for her initiative in requesting Green Army Women Soldier toys to be made. She sent a letter to several toy makers explaining why this was important to her. Vivian has a close friend who's mother is in the Army, this made her realize that green toy soldiers were only men and that her friend's mother need to be represented as well.
