We tried to warn British Prince Charles of Wales about hanging out with gangster rappers like Slim Thug but he didn't listen to us.
Prince Charles, who is first in line to the British throne, has tested positive for coronavirus after displaying mild symptoms, his office has announced.
“The Prince of Wales has tested positive for Coronavirus. He has been displaying mild symptoms but otherwise remains in good health and has been working from home throughout the last few days as usual," the Clarence House said to Fox News in a statement Wednesday morning.
The statement confirmed that the 71-year-old British royal's wife, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, 72, tested negative. They are currently at their home, Burnham on the Balmoral Estate, in Scotland "self-isolating," the statement confirmed.
Not to be outdone, rapper Slim Thug says he has coronavirus too, according to the Houston Chronicle:
Legendary Houston rapper Slim Thug says he tested positive for coronavirus in a video he posted on Instagram on Tuesday.
The 39-year-old Slim Thug said he had been cautious and mostly stayed home recently, but that didn't stop him from catching the virus.
"As careful as I’ve been self-quarantining, staying home, I might have went and got something to eat or something, simple stuff like that, nothing crazy," Slim Thug said in the video. "Stayed in my truck, had masks, gloves, everything on and my test came back positive."
On Tuesday morning, Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo issued a stay-at-home order, closing most business and directing residents to stay put. The order takes effect at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday and will expire April 3.
