Is Mount Rushmore racist?
That's what the Democrats seemed to be suggesting yesterday evening in a now deleted Tweet.
On Monday evening the Democrat party told their 1.8 million followers, "Trump has disrespected Native communities time and again. He’s attempted to limit their voting rights and blocked critical pandemic relief. Now he’s holding a rally glorifying white supremacy at Mount Rushmore–a region once sacred to tribal communities."
The Tweet contained a link to an op-ed on the far-left news outlet The Guardian which proclaimed Mount Rushmore to be some sort of shrine to white supremacy.
"Mount Rushmore is a symbol of white supremacy, of structural racism that’s still alive and well in society today," the article read.
It's probably not a coincidence that the Democrat party flirted with the idea of attacking Mount Rushmore while statues are being toppled by Leftist extremists all over America.
