If you're worried about former Vice President Joe Biden's mental well being, apparently you're not alone.
Yesterday at a press conference by a reporter if he's ever been screened for cognitive decline, a polite way to ask if he's experiencing early signs of dementia.
His answer was so peculiar you might suspect he didn't understand the question.
The whole thing started when the reporter said, "Some have speculated that you are subject to some degree of cognitive declined. I’m 65, I don’t have word recollection that I used to have, I forgot my train of thought from time to time. You got 12 years on me, sir. Have you been tested for some degree of cognitive decline?"
Biden replied, "I’ve been tested and I’m constantly tested. Look, all you got to do is watch me and I can hardly wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against."
Again, either Joe didn't understand the question or he's saying he frequently gets tested for early signs of dementia.
Just think: this is the best candidate the Democrats have to offer America in 2020.
