YouTube, a company owned by Google's parent company, has suspended Senator Rand Paul after he posted a video criticizing YouTube's long history of censoring political speech.
Paul has been banned from accessing his YouTube channel for one week citing “COVID misinformation.”
In the video YouTube removed cites two scientific studies that prove cloth masks have no effect on halting the spread of COVID 19.
Senator Paul was suspended for simply sharing fact-based medical research with his constituents.
In response to the suspension Paul said it was, “A badge of honor... leftwing cretins at Youtube banning me for 7 days for a video that quotes 2 peer reviewed articles saying cloth masks don’t work.”
