The incident happened Friday on a flight out of Houston to Albuquerque.
Apparently now he's being investigated.

The latest model 737, the Boeing 737-800, flies along the coast of California from Oakland to SanDiego, California and then east across the central United States into fading darkness. The plane belongs to Southwest Airlines. The plane shows winglets, small attachments to the wingtips which reduce drag and improve fuel efficiency. The plane has departed Oakland Airport and is heading west before turning south and heading to its destination of San Diego, California.
