The 2022 Harris County primary election has been such a disaster that it's starting to attract national media attention.
In case you haven't heard: the election results were delayed in being reported by about 36 hours (which is technically illegal) and several days after the election ended 10,000 ballots were just suddenly discovered (surprise, surprise).
Today during the Harris County Republican party's emergency press conference to address the 2022 primary election scandal it was revealed that the live camera feed was interrupted for several hours while they were counting votes.
According to state election laws the ballot counting process is supposed to be 100% transparent. A live video stream is legally required.
Democrats are blaming SB1, the 2021 Texas election integrity bill for the delay in reporting election results, but even the ultra liberal Houston Chronicle editorial board has reluctantly admitted that claim isn't true.
