A woman died in a car crash last week in Scranton, Pennsylvania because her boyfriend cut her brake lines. He said it was so he could make a crack pipe.
According to police, John Jenkins, admitted to cutting the brake lines of Tammy Fox's car.
But the woman was a witness in a prison corruption case, and someone who knew her seems to think she was murdered to keep her from testifying.
