A crew from "Inside Edition" tried to go to San Francisco and do a report on people breaking into cars. They had a bait car with some valuable stuff inside, and hidden GPS units so they could track the stuff once it got stolen. But car burglaries are so crazy in San Francisco that BOTH their cars got hit . . . first the bait car, and then their news van while they were reporting on the first theft.
