Cops in British Columbia are looking for a guy on a bicycle who collided with a car the other day, then pulled down his pants . . . defecated in the street . . . picked it up and threw it at the car . . . used his bike to smash one of the woman's turning signals . . . then took off. Someone got the whole thing on video.
