A Florida woman was arrested because a KFC customer told authorities he was hit in the face with a box of chicken during his visit to a restaurant in Northwest Jacksonville.
The man told police he recorded the confrontation on video.
The video clip displays an image of a customer waiting on his order at the drive-thru window.
After the customer got upset with the KFC employee for not wearing gloves while preparing food, the employee tossed the customer's box of food, striking him in the face.
An officer arrested 30-yr-old Shade Renee Simmons while she was working at the same KFC. She was charged with battery.
