A lot of people were probably expecting this news to happen sooner or later.
Lobbyist and political consultant Roger Stone has been arrested by the FBI at his home in Florida and indicted by a grand jury.
Charges were brought by special counsel Robert Mueller that include one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, five counts of false statements, and one count of witness tampering.
Stone will appear in court later today at the federal courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The arrested occurred shortly after law enforcement raided Stone's house in Fort Lauderdale.
