Superintendent Arrested for Using Her Insurance to Help Sick Student

The superintendent of a school district in Indiana was arrested for insurance fraud after she pretended a sick student was her son so he could be treated at a hospital for strep throat.

Authorities don't  think she should lose her job over it, but say she should have handled the situation differently.

What do y'all think?  Should the judge drop the charges?  The law is the law, but should we make exceptions for people who help sick children?
