A guy in Houston went to smoke weed at an abandoned house last week, and found a 1,000-pound tiger in a beat-up cage, secured only with a screwdriver and a nylon strap.
He thought he was hallucinating at first, then made an anonymous call to the cops.
They found it yesterday, tranquilized it, and moved it to an animal shelter.
