Cops Throw Birthday Party for Bullied Kid

A lot of people want you to believe police are the enemy of the people. Don't believe 'em.

A nine-year-old kid in Michigan missed the bus earlier this year, and started crying because he never misses school. He was also emotional because it was his birthday, and he gets bullied . . . so he wasn't sure anyone would show up to his party.

Luckily a cop saw him miss the bus, gave him a ride to school, and even turned on the sirens. Then he and some other cops threw him a party with donuts and a goodie bag.

Nine-year-old Thomas Daniel gave a funny recap of the whole episode to the local news, and says the cop is a hero . . . and so is he, because he helps other kids.

Thomas Daniel says his favorite part of the birthday part was all the Krispy Kreme donuts the cops gave him . . . and cops need donuts too.
