This seems tragic and avoidable. In other words . . . Florida.
A construction worker showed up to work on a house outside Tampa last Wednesday, moved his loaded gun from his waistband to his pocket, slipped on some debris, and accidentally shot and killed a guy working on the roof.
The police don't inspire much confidence either . . . they said he "was unintentionally trying to shoot somebody."
