This is embarrassing.
Yesterday in an attempt to be as biased as possible CNN host Don Lemon made a confusing and inaccurate statement how a Constitutional Amendment is ratified.
Has Don Lemon never taken the 8th Grade Constitution test?
Amazingly the guy who explained it to him was Chris Cuomo, the same man who earlier this year demonstrated he's not much of a Constitutional scholar either.
