President Joe Biden spoke in the Rose Garden Yesterday for the 31st anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
During the address there was a bizarre moment when the President appeared to forget a Congressman's name before stumbling and asking, "Where's mom?"
This would be funny if it wasn't so scary. The President has no idea where he is or what he's doing while the whole world is watching.
