If you are trying to get to any of the American League Championship Series games this weekend in Boston, you can probably get there. But, it’s not going to be easy on your wallet.
Astros fan Nguyen Lee is one of the Astros fans making the trip. He tells KTRH it cost him more than two thousand dollars to get to Boston this weekend.
“Airfare was about $730. Tickets were $391 plus fees. We found an Airbnb for a thousand dollars,” Lee said.
It’s not the first time Lee has done this. He went to every playoff and World Series game last year, too. And his wife was just fine with it all.
“I am a very, very lucky man. She tolerates me,” Lee stated.
