A lawsuit is being filed over an explosion at a Southeast Texas chemical plant.
Attorneys for the family of Trent Fontenot say he died from a heart attack last week shortly after the November 27th blast at the TPC plant in Port Neches.
Attorney Brent Coon says he's just working on protecting the community and plans to bring in his own experts to study what caused the explosion and fire.
People living around a four-mile radius of the plant were evacuated for several days until crews were sure the air was safe.
