There is unimaginable sadness for a family in Cypress today. A mother and daughter came home and the mother parked the family vehicle and took her three year old daughter out, not realizing she had the left the gear shift in "neutral." The car began to roll backwards down their driveway and struck her daughter. The little girl was taken to a nearby hospital where she passed away. Harris County Sheriff's Deputies say it currently seems to be accidental and they do not believe charges will be filed.
