Missouri City Holds Government Procurement Forum for Businesses

MISSOURI CITY (October 5, 2023) – If you are a business owner interested in offering your goods or services to Missouri City or other government agencies but need help on where to start, you are not alone. To answer questions and open growth opportunities for local and regional entrepreneurs, Missouri City is joining forces with the nonprofit organization Success in Business® to bring the 4th Annual Government Procurement Forum to the community. 

This year's theme is "It's Your Time to Shine!" The forum promises to be an engaging and informative event, designed to educate and empower small, minority, women, and veteran business owners. Attendees will gain valuable tools and insights to grow their businesses and connect with key decision-makers, uncovering numerous procurement opportunities within both the private and public sectors.

What: 4th Annual Success in Business® Government Procurement Conference

When: Friday, October 13, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Where: Missouri City Community Center, 1522 Texas Parkway, Missouri City, TX 77489

The FREE event will kick off with check-in starting at 8:00 a.m. Participants are encouraged to wear professional business attire and come prepared with their capabilities statement and business cards, to make the most of networking opportunities. The main entrance to the Community Center is located past City Hall on Missouri City Drive. Free parking will be available on site, and attendees can look forward to light refreshments and a delicious lunch.
