A Brazilian fitness influencer was credited by AI analysis for having "the perfect female body," according to Playboy Australia via News.com.au.
Karol Rosalin, 25, was deemed "a perfect 10" for her well being, health, and strength, as well as aesthetic factors suvh as symmetry, proportion and overall harmony.
“She has the perfect body in terms of definition and is ideal in the fitness world,” Playboy Australia reported.
Rosalin, who has more than 700,00 followers on Instagram, credits her diet and workouts, doing weight training five days a week and taking daily aerobic classes, to achieving what was deemed as the "perfect female body."
“Seeing the results in the mirror is already a victory,” Rosalin told Playboy Magazine. “Being recognized as the ‘Perfect Fitness Woman’ is incredible!”
Rosalin said she began training eight years ago and typically follows a diet of fruits, vegetables, oats, and chicken, as well as some of the special meals she cooks and shares on her Instagram account. The fitness influencer said her go-to breakfast meal includes two scrambled eggs, cassava, papaya, pineapple, oats, cinnamon and coffee, but experts caution that others trying to follow a similar plan should be aware of other contributing factors.
“Genetics and lifestyle play a huge role in determining body shape and type, and I want to stress that there are many ‘perfect’ body types. Opinions are subjective, and the concept of the ‘perfect body’ is inherently subjective,” said Ben Lucas, Director of Flow Athletic.
